Digital marketing agency goes back to school

A PRESTIGIOUS private school has hired the services of a digital marketing agency on its own doorstep to help raise awareness of its world class facilities and ‘all-through’ education.

Internationally renowned Repton School has hired Alphageek Digital to launch a pay per click campaign to promote the message that its outstanding education is available for children from three years old to 18.

Approaching the Friar Gate-based agency rather than a large London firm, the school says it was impressed by a similar campaign it led for sportwear brand HUUB, which drove a record-breaking £1m of Google Ads revenue last year.

Now it has tasked the firm with brand awareness for its prep school, the former Foremarke Hall, following its merger in 2020 to create an all-through school.

Marketing manager Harriet Boyles said: “We approached Alphageek after seeing a story in the news about the incredible percentage uplift they had achieved for HUUB. Although we are in a totally different industry, the figures speak for themselves.”

“I was impressed that Alphageek weren’t pushy in any way, and I also felt that their values completely aligned with our own and that they really value their product.”

“We have already built a really positive relationship with Alphageek. They have invested time in understanding what we offer and the fact that they are local is really important, not least because they are offering multiple touchpoints throughout the campaign.”

Repton School is one of a number of high-profile clients for Alphageek which also works with Casio, G-Shock, Project D and Do Not Age.

The company specialises in Google Ads, social media advertising, content creation and brand amplification services.

Operations director Kieran Flynn said: “To be approached by Repton School is a coup for Alphageek – this is an institution which has a global reputation for excellence and is considered one of the very best educational establishments in the world.”

“To be responsible for promoting its incredible offering is a genuine privilege and to know that the likes of Roald Dahl, Jeremy Clarkson and Will Hughes have all been through its doors is really exciting.

“We know that our service is industry leading and our team is enthusiastic and passionate about our results. We can’t wait to show Repton just what we can deliver and build a partnership together.”
