ARTCORE – fresh new start!

Artcore is ready to start fresh and new, not only aesthetically but also bringing new aspects in, opportunities & projects, and expanding as a community together in Derby.

It has a new website with information about all of its projects, exhibitions, workshops and opportunities in one place. Plus, lookout for a new online shop coming soon!

Artcore’s Albert St building will be closed from 10/01/22 – 31/03/22 for some exciting refurbishments. The new gallery building will be more accessible to the community, the main structural work involving installation of a brand new lift from the ground floor to the upstairs gallery space.

Whilst this work is underway, there are exhibitions, events and public interventions happening in alternative spaces across the city, including an exhibition opening at derbyriverlights, Public Artworks displayed as part of the Vibrancy Project, and workshops taking place at Artcore’s Charnwood Street building.
