DOArts 2021 Event – Safely Behind Glass!
This May Spring Bank holiday (the weekend that our physical event would normally take place) we are inviting artists to turn their windows into a gallery. Derbyshire Open Arts in Windows’ will give the artists something to work towards, it will brighten up our streets, villages and towns and give our usual visitors something new and exciting to view in their local area.
Artists taking part are hoping to brighten up and fill our little part of Derbyshire with beautiful art, helping to ease us out of lockdown as we start to get some of our freedoms back again!
If you would like to take part please email us at info@derbyshireopenarts.co.uk with your name and the street address of the window where your exhibition will be if not at home.
You can find more information on the home page of the website. All of the artists will be listed on this page so look for the artists’ details on their personal pages. We will be adding to the list over the next three weeks as artists are applying to sign up for the event.
Submit your news items to editor@artsderbyshire.org.uk or fill out this news submission form.
You can also register as a member to list your arts business and events in our directory.
