Victoria Brown

Victoria is a painter often inspired by the beauty of the natural world her collections include; blossom, water, stones, trees, orchids, gardens & lace patterns. She enjoys using oil paints, sometimes adds gold leaf to play with the light & has developed techniques working with pattern & colour which is rooted in the Nottingham lace her family once manufactured.

Victoria has developed & delivered numerous community arts projects and a multitude of arts workshops, training & artist talks. She is passionate about the positive impact creativity can have on wellbeing she aims to nurture people’s creativity to celebrate local heritage & the natural world.
