I’m Sarah from Alfreton in Derbyshire, and I help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world through gentle creative practice.
I’m a qualified florist with 24 years experience, multi-disciplinary artist, community arts practitioner, and qualified life coach. I love to mix all of these techniques to help people with their creativity and wellbeing, and am always seeking new opportunities to be able to do this within my local community.
