Work is mainly sculptural textiles. I have recieved awards from Charles Henry Foyle trust and Phaff. I exhibit on a regular basis showing textiles, sculpture and paintings each media informing the other. I am a registered Art Therapist (HPC)aqnd have worked as an art therapist in Primary and secondary education; drug and alchohol services and Learning Disabilities . I am a part-time lecturer at Derby university on UG prgramme BA(Hons)Creative Expressive Therapies and MA Art Therapy. I have run workshops which are based around art therapy and workshops with the emphasis on obtaining practical skills linked to the arts.
