We are a friendly group of artists who meet regularly on second and fourth Tuesdays (occasional variations) at Walton Village Hall, Chesterfield. Our sessions have the benefit of a professional tutor to give lots advice, help and inspiration. We also put on occasional exhibitions and plan trips to galleries for ideas, socialising and to boost our creativity. We encourage participants to have a go at any subject or medium and welcome all abilities.
Currently, there are two 2-hour sessions which cost £12 each
10:00 am to 12:00 pm
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
You can to join both sessions for £24 if you like a longer day’s creativity. Canteen facilities are available if you wish to make a drink and bring your own lunch to put in the refrigerator. Plentiful parking on-site right outside the door, with full disabled access and toilets.
Our tutor-led sessions are currently hosted by local artist Hazel Money who will help you find your creative direction or suggest new ideas or methods, giving demonstrations as they arise.
