Painting: I’m synaesthetic – I see colours and shapes when I listen to music. My paintings are inspired by all kinds of music from classical to contemporary, choral to jazz. I also paint coastal landscapes in all kinds of media. I especially enjoy using hot wax. Workshops: I run ‘music painting’ and encaustic painting workshops I have a 1st class degree in Visual Arts from Nottingham University, am a member of Art-Routes, a group of 5 women artists from the East Midlands. Also a member of Arts in the Peak.
