Create a Sparkling Christmas Masterpiece

Join us for a wonderfully festive morning with Dawn, creating your very own Christmas Fused Glass Wave. This is an exciting brand-new workshop that she is creating … and we’re thrilled to be the first venue where Dawn will share it!

Dawn is currently tucked away in her studio, experimenting with her new glass cutter and creating festive shapes especially for this workshop. Think snowmen, gingerbread houses, Christmas trees and other seasonal delights.

PLEASE NOTE: the current  featured photo is just a suggestion of what free-standing waves looks like, rather than what you will be producing … the new Christmas shapes are still being cut.

Whatever appears on the day, one thing’s for certain … it will be beautiful! This really is a workshop not to be missed.

Your finished wave is a free-standing piece of fused glass art that can be displayed with tealights behind it, allowing the glass to twinkle and sparkle throughout the festive season.

What You’ll Create

A unique Christmas-themed fused glass wave, which will be a keepsake you’ll enjoy bringing out year after year

• Working with pre-cut Christmas glass shapes
• Using frit, stringers and decorative glass elements
• Creating layers, texture and festive detail
• Designing a balanced and eye-catching composition
• Exploring colour, sparkle and Christmas-themed glass art

• Refreshments throughout the morning (Please note lunch is not included.)

At the end of the workshop, Dawn will take your artwork away for kiln firing and it will be returned to you ready to display with your Christmas decorations.

Cost: £50.00 plus £1.95 card fee

Group Size: 8 people (if demand is high and a waiting list develops, we may be able to increase numbers)
