Our Crooked Place – Creative workshops for the LGBT+ community in Chesterfield

Our Crooked Place

Holly Redford Jones is a musician and comedian from Chesterfield, whose award-winning show ‘I Was Dancing in the Lesbian Bar’ explores places of belonging, and takes inspiration from Chesterfield’s own Crooked Spire.

Inspired by the stories of her hometown’s LGBT+ nightlife and hidden histories, Holly is bringing her creative talents and some artist collaborators to Derbyshire LGBT+, with a series of all-abilities-welcome workshops to explore ‘Our Crooked Place’!

The four sessions are open to anyone over 18 years from the LGBT+ community in Chesterfield and surrounds.

Workshop attendees will also be invited to a sharing of Holly’s award-winning show ‘I Was Dancing In The Lesbian Bar’ on Sunday 25th. Booking is essential.

Open to LGBT+ people in Chesterfield. Attend one session or all

Join the sharing event Sunday 25th October.
