Saturday: 3-5pm receive and put up tables & chairs
Sunday: 8-9.30am (or part) direct stallholders & assist with setting up
Sunday: 3-4pm helping stallholders decamp, take down tables & chairs
Sunday: 9.30am – 3pm – welcoming visitors & taking donation entry money
