| Buxton International Festival is thrilled to invite you to our free upcoming event at the Palace Hotel on Thursday 22 October.
This is a chance for anyone and everyone to come and meet BIF’s new Book Festival Director, Dr. Kathleen Waller, who joined the festival team this year to help shape the future of our book events. This informal, conversational evening is a chance to hear a little about Kathleen, her vision for BIF, and her ideas for the year ahead — while also giving you the opportunity to share your own thoughts, suggestions and hopes for our programme. On arrival, enjoy a free glass of wine (or soft drink) and canapés. Come along to hear from the voices within our much-loved BIF book community! |

Bring along a recent favourite book that you’ve read and loved. Enjoy a complimentary drink and canapés, meet fellow book lovers, and join the conversation. Our Book Assistant and CEO will also be attending. We would love it if you could make it and we look forward to sharing a lovely evening with you!
