We champion Derbyshire’s budding musicians alongside established acts, giving audiences the chance to discover fresh talent in an intimate, cosy setting. Our vibrant programme includes solo artists, duos, trios, singer-songwriters, DJs, open mic nights, emerging artist showcases, and comedy.
Passionate about supporting the local creative community, Elements Live Lounge is a welcoming hub where music connects people and nurtures new talent. In addition to our live events, we offer excellent spaces for hire:
During weekday daytime opening hours, we are happy to host small community groups in the coffee shop free of charge, with discounted food and drink options for group bookings. We’re also developing a dedicated support programme for emerging musicians, including coaching workshops, performance opportunities, and audio/visual recording services.

Our Story
Elements Studios began in January 2022 with a single, well-equipped rehearsal room in central Ripley. Demand grew quickly, leading to the addition of a second studio in August 2024. The natural next step was to create a dedicated performance space, resulting in the opening of Elements Live Lounge in April 2026 – a ground-floor venue with a licensed bar and coffee shop that now hosts a busy weekly programme of live events.
Located in the heart of Ripley, Elements is more than just a venue – it’s a growing hub for Derbyshire’s musical and creative community.
