St. Wilfrid’s Church, Kirkby in Ashfield Present a Joint Summer Harmony Concert by the The Pye Hill & District Male Voice Choir & GEM Connection Ladies Choir – Saturday 4 July 2026, 7:00 p.m.
The Pye Hill & District Male Voice Choir, Est: 1903, have recently returned from a tour to Chester and took part in a music festival at Wrexham in which it had the privilege to be invited to sing with the famous Fron Male Voice Choir (Voices from the Valley) several songs.
The choir are continually searching for new experiences and are thrilled to be providing a joint concert with GEM Connection Ladies Choir at St. Wilfrid’s Church, Kirkby in Ashfield, NG17 8LA on Saturday 4 July 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
The Pye Hill and District Male Voice Choir are well known in the area and are delighted to sing with the fabulous GEM Connection Ladies Choir for the first time who have a growing reputation as a close A Capella harmony group Ladies Barbershop Choir.
Come along and enjoy an evening of contrasting and uplifting harmony from two fabulous choirs in the atmosphere of this beautiful church with family and friends. You will not be disappointed!
Many genres of music will be covered and enhanced by talented soloists and musicians.
Tickets are £10.00 payable on the door.

Whether you are experienced, or a non-experienced singer of any age, you will be made to feel equally welcome and given every help and assistance. Every type of male voice is needed, especially bass (low voices) and tenors (high voices).
The Pye Hill & District Male Voice Choir rehearse at the Dale Club, Jacksdale, every Monday evening at 7.30 p.m. Why not come along and give it a go? You have nothing to lose, but a great deal to gain.
