Experience the Magic of Raku Pottery with Andy Mason

Discover the fascinating art of Raku pottery in this exciting hands-on workshop with ceramic artist Andy Mason.

Originating in Japan, Raku is a dramatic firing technique that produces beautiful crackle glazes, smoky patterns and striking metallic effects. During this full-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the Raku process, glaze and decorate pottery, witness live kiln firings and experience the excitement of smoke-firing as pieces are transformed into unique ceramic artworks.

Whether you are completely new to ceramics or already enjoy working with clay, this workshop offers a memorable introduction to one of pottery’s most exciting techniques.
