Willow Pillars at Whistlewood with Nita Rao
Spend a summer morning outdoors learning willow-weaving techniques and helping to create a spectacular community artwork for Creative Melbourne’s Secret Sculpture Garden.
Led by willow sculptor Nita Rao, participants will work together to make willow hoops and shapes that will form giant willow pillars. This friendly, hands-on workshop is suitable for beginners and offers a great opportunity to learn a new skill while contributing to a unique collaborative project.
