Make a Silver Ring Workshop with Louise Mary Designs

Event details

Spend a morning in the studio getting creative making a bespoke silver ring.

On this half day course you will receive step-by-step tuition in classes of no more than 2 people in a friendly, relaxed environment. I will teach you how to size and form a bespoke silver ring, and how you can personalise it by adding stamped letters and a unique finish by texturing the surface with hammers. You will learn traditional silversmithing skills, including how to cut, file, form, solder and polish silver to create your silver ring.

You will make and finish one simple silver ring on this course.

This silver jewellery making workshop is held in my cosy studio within the historic Sharpe’s Pottery Museum in Swadlincote in South Derbyshire. (The postcode is DE11 9DG). Find out more and book your place via my website.

Workshop times 10am-1pm. Half day course.
