Neurodivergent Stories: Working with (not against) your brain with CJ De Barra
Most writing advice is pitched at a neurotypical brain including neat plans, steady focus, tidy draft….. but what if you are neurodivergent?
Join AuDHD author and journalist, CJ De Barra, for a workshop for neurodivergent minds that covers the writing process from a neuroqueer perspective. Drawing on 20 years of experience, CJ will explain how to harness hyperfocus without burnout, strategies for structures, assistive tech and navigating rejection sensitivity during the pitching process.
