The Print Show

Event details

Louise Edwards, Liz Wellby, Kathryn Rhodes, Rob Chapman, Charlotte Adams.

This exhibition celebrates process, repetition, and graphic expression. Featuring a range of techniques, The Print Show highlights the enduring relevance and versatility of print.

The Print Show brings together a group of contemporary artists whose practices are rooted in printmaking as both process and expressive language. The exhibition celebrates the physical and conceptual qualities of print, from the disciplined repetition of mark-making to the graphic strength that emerges through layering, texture, and line. Working across a range of print techniques, the artists demonstrate how traditional methods continue to offer rich opportunities for experimentation and contemporary interpretation.

Across the exhibition, print is revealed as a versatile and enduring medium-one that balances precision with chance, and structure with creativity. Each artist brings a distinct approach, whether informed by landscape, pattern, narrative, or abstraction, yet all share a commitment to process and materiality. Together, the works highlight printmaking’s continuing relevance within contemporary practice, inviting viewers to engage closely with the rhythm, depth, and visual impact of the printed image.
