Creative Melbourne have launched an exciting new project SOUTH DERBYSHIRE IN STITCHES to create a series of community quilts celebrating what we all love about Melbourne, Swadlincote and other places around South Derbyshire.
We will also be open for “Sit & Stitch” sessions on Mondays throughout February and March or for you to collect materials from 1pm -2.30pm.
Prepare yourself to head out, catch up with old friends and make some new ones while enjoying making something special in FREE workshops led by some of MELBOURNE FESTIVAL’s favourite artists!
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE IN STITCHES is supported by Derbyshire County Council & South Derbyshire District Council
The workshops are FREE for everyone from under 10’s to over 90’s so come and join in! Materials are provided but feel free to include your own or just bring yourself!
