A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are ‘bathed’ in sound waves produced by various instruments. Unlike traditional meditation that relies on silence or mantras, a sound bath uses sound and vibration to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. During the session, you will lay down on a mat in a comfortable position whilst Nic will play singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums and other instruments. The sounds and vibrations resonate throughout your body, helping to shift your brainwaves from an active, waking state (beta) to a more relaxed, meditative state(alpha and theta). This process can help you let go of stress and tension and enter a state of inner peace and harmony.
