Learn to Crochet Granny Squares

The Workshop

Your tutor, Melinda, is looking forward to meeting you and says:

“Do you have some basic crochet skills you want to expand upon?

Can you already crochet and would like to learn more about making different granny squares?

If these apply to you then this could be the ideal workshop for you. There will be a selection of different granny squares available for you to have ago at depending upon your existing skills. I will work with you to demystify the written patterns and charts I will provide to help you learn how to create some beautiful colourful crochetwork you will be proud of.”

What to bring?

Anticipation to enjoy the whole experience!

• Reading glasses if you need them.
• Your own crochet hooks if you have favourites that you love using.

What skills are needed?

Just knowledge of the absolute basics that you can expand on throughout the morning.

What are the timings?

This is a relaxed, morning running from 10am to 1pm.

Our purple front door will be open from 9.30am so we can welcome you in, you can get to meet Melinda and your fellow crafters and grab a cuppa before you start. 

How many places are available?

To ensure the quality of your personal experience, the group size is limited to 10.

What is the cost?

£25 + 63p card fee. This includes all the materials needed to make your granny squares, drinks and biscuits during the morning (excluding lunch)
