Introduction to Linoprinting @ Our Crafty Place

Event details

The Workshop

Your tutor, Helen, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “This one day course aims to give you an introduction to lino printing and to teach you some basic printing skills, and a variety of ways to add more colour to your prints.

The workshop will begin with a look at finished prints created by other students and a brief demonstration of the process from start to finish. You will have professional cutting tools, traditional lino and a press to work with. By the end of the morning, you should be ready to print your first set of prints then after lunch, youll be starting to create more colourful versions of your design.

By the end of the day, youll have a series of lino-cut prints to take home.”
