As part of the Buxton Festival Fringe Richard Haslam is a Derbyshire-born classical guitarist currently based in Manchester. His vibrant and colourful programme demonstrates the versatility and extensive range of the guitar, featuring music from a variety of genres including Renaissance, Classical, South American, Contemporary and World music.

Richard completed a postgraduate degree in music at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, under the tutelage of Australian guitarist Craig Ogden in 2017, having previously earned a BA (Hons) in music from the University of Hull in 2013.
