Fringe programme deadline approaches!

Artists wishing their event to be listed in the 2024 Buxton Festival Fringe Programme need to act soon! Time is running out to be listed in the printed programme for this year’s Buxton Festival Fringe (July 3-21). The Fringe Programme is how a large part of the audience finds events and with some 150 events already signed up, organisers are urging would-be performers to enter online by the final deadline of Sunday April 14th. New Plein Air Competition Coming to Derbyshire

Congregate at Little Longstone Chapel on Sunday 21st April for the first plein air art competition. Open to all ages and levels of experience, there are separate categories for professionals, amateurs, and children, with prizes for the winners of each category generously donated by local businesses. The three overall winning artworks will then be exhibited in the popular Hobbs Cafe for one month.
