  • Grants of over £100,000 to support a wide variety of larger heritage projects. 

    The next closing date for applications is the 6th October 2016

  • The registered charity, Concertina which makes grants of up to £250 to charitable bodies which provide musical entertainment and related activities for the elderly has announced that the next deadline for applications is the 31st October 2016.

  • Not for profit organisations such as such schools; registered charities; voluntary organisations; churches; and community interest groups; etc. can apply for grants of up to £10,000 through the BBC Children in Need Small Grants programme.

  • The fund will support the creation of work for major national moments that build on the legacy of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad.

  • Arts Council England: Celebrating Age

    To be eligible to apply, the lead applicant needs to be Arts Council funded, or have presented work to the public through ACE programmes.

  • Causeway, the British - Irish Youth Exchange programme has announced that the next application deadline for its Youth Exchanges and Advance Planning Grants is the 1st October 2016. Through the programme, grants are available for British groups of young people aged 13-25 years and their youth workers/leaders to participate in exchanges with their Irish counterparts. The grants are available for both sending and hosting young people.

  • The next applications deadline for the Performing Right Society's (PRS) Women Make Music grant scheme is 6 pm on the 3rd October 2016.

  • UK registered charities and recognised churches which are raising money for capital projects (building work, refurbishment or the purchase of long-term equipment) or a one-off short term activity (such as an annual respite break or holiday for disadvantaged young people) can apply for funding through the Rank Foundation - Small Appeals programme.

  • The Lloyds Bank Foundation for England & Wales, which provides funding to charities for projects to help people break their cycle of disadvantage, has announced that its "Invest" grants programme will re-open for applications on the 5th September 2016 and will close at 5pm on the 14th October 2016.

  • Schools, charities and not for profit organisations wishing to encourage young people's interest in the countryside and the environment, the arts or aiming to raise levels of literacy and numeracy can apply for funding to the Ernest Cook Trust.

  • Funding to support disadvantaged young people
    The Weavers' Company, a textile-related, charitable and sociable organisation, has announced that the next closing date for its grants programme is the 30th November 2016.

    Organisations must normally be registered charities or in the process of applying for registration.

  • Telecom's Regulator Ofcom has announced that the Community Radio Fund will re-open for applications on the 19th October 2016.

  • Registered Charities that work with young people have the opportunity to apply for grants through the DM Thomas Foundation for Young People (formerly the Hilton Foundation) Central Grants Programme.

  • The Coalfields Regeneration Trust has announced that the Coalfields Community Investment Programme 2016 is now open for applications.

    Founded in 1968 by Patricia Fay, NADFAS is an arts-based charity, with over 340 local Decorative and Fine Art Societies in the UK and Mainland Europe.

    The Celebrating Age programme is jointly funded by Arts Council England and the Baring Foundation and supports the shared objectives of both organisations.

  • The Ragdoll Foundation Open Grant scheme supports non-profit organisations working with children and young people using the arts and creative media.

  • The Postcode Local Trust which is a grant-giving body funded by players of People's Postcode Lottery has announced that will re- open for applications on the 30th September 2016.

  • The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation has announced that funding is available to support the work of local and national charities, or not-for-profit organisations, that address rural and urban deprivation within the UK.

  • The Wingate Foundation has announced that its Music Grants programme is open to applications. The Music Grants programme supports those areas of music performance and education which do not readily attract backing from commercial sponsors or other funding bodies, or which are not eligible for public funding.

  • Grants of between £1000 and £2500 are available to qualifying businesses* to a maximum of 25% eligible costs in order to get B2B projects up and running.
