November – February 2009. As part of episodes09 Dance4 will be recruiting an Apprentice from late November until late February 2009 with a preferred start date of Monday 24 November. The Apprentice will work closely with the Youth Dance Co-ordinator to produce our youth dance platform and support the outreach aspect of the programme as well as having involvement in other Learning Programme Initiatives. The Apprentice will: Have at least 2 years experience of contemporary dance and strong movement background, Have a passion and desire to work for Dance4, Show a desire to gain greater understanding for the dance profession, specifically the regional Dance scene, Have an interest to work with a range of artists, choreographers and practitioners, Have a desire to extend your skills in delivering practical dance sessions to a range of education and community establishments. A willingness to increase skills within administration and project co-ordination and Be flexible to work unsociable hours including evening and weekends. Application Deadline: Thursday 23 October.
