The successful applicant will manage the provision of facility services for the impressive new Curve theatre and other associated buildings.

You will have proven experience in implementing strategies, operating and managing building management, help desk and reporting systems in addition to budgeting, planned preventative maintenance and asset management. Suitable
chartered membership, building maintenance degree or equivalent is a necessity.
