Survive and Thrive - Support for business in tough times
In response to the economic downturn and to further demonstrate emda’s support for business, emda will be hosting, in association with Business Link, a series of Business Support events. There will be five events, one in each of the region’s counties:
Tuesday 2nd December - Hilton Northampton (8.30am-1.00pm, followed by lunch)
Wednesday 3rd December - Pride Park Stadium, Derby (8.30am-1.00pm, followed by lunch)
Thursday 4th December - Lincolnshire Showground (Lunch at 1.00pm, followed by event from 1.45pm-5.45pm)
Tuesday 9th December - Ramada Jarvis, Leicester (8.30am-1.00pm, followed by lunch)
Thursday 11th December - Crowne Plaza, Nottingham (8.30am-1.00pm, followed by lunch)
Each event will follow the same format and feature four master-classes. The master-classes will offer practical advice and possible solutions to combat the current economic downturn.

Negotiation with banks
Managing cash flow
Efficient management of resources
Legal advice
